(mainland) Shipping Rates & Methods
All
orders are shipped using the Royal Mails first class
delivery service and should arrive at their destination no
later than two working days after dispatch.
All
orders regardless of the number of tubs/sample packets
ordered carry a one off flat rate shipping charge of
£2.00p. In other words whether you were to order one
tub/sample packet or ten tubs/sample packets or more you
will be charged a one off flat rate shipping charge of
£2.00p to cover Postage & Packing.
All
orders for sample packets only are shipped in an
appropriate sized padded envelope and will fit through
standard sized letter boxes.
All orders which include tubs are shipped in an
appropriate sized padded envelope, but they will not fit
through standard sized letter boxes and if no one is present
to receive the package it may be returned to your local
sorting office for collection/delivery to be arranged at a
later date.
Some customers
ask if I can write their delivery instructions on their
package (for example: “Please leave in porch if no one home”
or “Please leave in box behind gate if no one home”), now I
have no problem in doing this, but you must bear in mind
that the Royal Mail have No obligation to carry out
these instructions.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you should make a request for the Royal Mail to leave
your package anywhere other than a secure place, you do so
at your own risk and no claim for lost goods will be
entertained by us if this is found to be the case.
During the
checkout process you will have the option to choose an
alternative delivery address, so your place of work maybe a
better option to choose rather than your home address if no
one is home when your mail is delivered.
Note: I
will attempt to dispatch orders (subject to stock levels and
payment clearance) the next working day after receipt of
order, but I do like to get out to the lakes now and again
to see if I can get lucky and it is for this reason I can
only guarantee to dispatch all goods by Fridays midday
(subject to stock levels and payment clearance).
International Shipping Rates & Methods
After
receiving several requests to ship my pop ups to regions
outside the U.K., I have decided to make my products
available to those who wish to take advantage of this
service.
We have no
problem in shipping goods to European Countries or The Rest
of the World. Providing payment is made via Pay Pal or Bank
Transfer (Note: We advise you to read our Terms Re: Item 10.
Payment Methods, to familiarise yourself with the additional
costs involved with making a purchase via Bank Transfer) and
additional Bank charges in the case of making payment via
Bank Transfer and the
additional postage costs are fully paid for, we will ship to
anywhere (see Shipping Method below).
Shipping
Method to Europe and the Rest of the World Zones One & Two
All goods will
be shipped by Airmail using the Royal Mails “AIRSURE”
Service.

As a general
rule all orders will be dispatched on a Friday following

European Orders (outside the United Kingdom)
I have two

a purchase.
Small Package
(up to and including 4 tubs of pop ups or 250g max)
You will be charged an additional £6.00p over and above the
£2.00p flat rate postage charge already added to your order.
I will send you a request for payment to the value of £6.00p
via Pay Pal and once this payment is made your order will
ship.
PLEASE NOTE: If you should choose to make payment via Bank
Transfer, it will be your responsibility to ensure the
correct additional postage charge (£6.00p) is added to the
value of your order
Large
Package (for orders between 5 and 10 tubs inclusive or 500g
max)
You will be charged an additional £7.50p over and above the
£2.00p flat rate postage charge already added to your order.
I will send you a request for payment to the value of £7.50p
via Pay Pal and once this payment is made your order will
ship.
PLEASE NOTE: If you should choose to make payment via Bank
Transfer, it will be your responsibility to ensure the
correct additional postage charge (£7.50p) is added to the
value of your order
How it
Works

place your order and pay the stated amount for your order
via Pay Pal, I will send you a request for payment (to cover
the additional postage) via Pay Pal, you make the payment
and I will send your order.

Orders in
Excess of 10 Tubs of Pop Ups
If you would like to place an order which exceeds 10 tubs of
Pop ups or 500g max please email

with details of your proposed order and I will get back to
you with a shipping cost.
