Great Winter Season
Jason Shaw continued his run of success with this fine selection to show for his efforts during the winter months. Here’s what Jason had to say:
Hi Kevin
It's happened again! I borrowed a Tutti Fruitti off my mate and had this 28lb 2oz mirror carp, so I just put an order in for 2 tubs as my mate wants another tub as working so well. Great start to 2016.

And a few days later this email came through:
Just back from a day session and had these 2 fish. Tutti Fruitti did the trick again. A lovely 26lb 8oz mirror and 18lb 14oz mirror happy days!
And a few days later this email came through:
The Tutti Fruitti did the trick once again. On my latest 24hrs session to my syndicate lake I caught 2 mirrors at 28lb 2oz and 19lb 10oz. Pictures attached great winter season so far.

Congrats on your results on what must be a great winter season so far!!

Tutti Frutti & Scopex Cream
Neil Bracey had a quick result thanks to the generosity of his friend Jason Shaw. Here’s what Neil had to say:
Hi Kevin
I just wanted to drop you a quick email regarding your excellent Tutti Frutti pop ups , I currently have a good selection of your pop ups which I use throughout the year. However on a recent session with my mate Jason Shaw he gave me one of your 11mm Tutti Frutti's to try. My hinged stiff rig had been out less than ten minutes before it rattled off with a 29.08 mirror in tow. In fact I hadn't even had time to switch my alarm on. What a great result on quite a tricky water and in January as well. So I just wanted to say thanks for a great product. Jason has since ordered me a pot so will be using them again tomorrow.

And a few days later this email arrived in my inbox:
I just wanted to let you know that I have had even more success on your brilliant pop ups! This time I used the Scopex Cream that you recommend to me back in January. I have recently started a new job so my angling time has been extremely limited. However, I did manage a quick overnight session and banked a 33:10 mirror carp known as Chubby Chops. I have attached a photo for you to use on your website site if you wish.
So once again thank you for your recommendation and a top product.
Regards Neil Bracey

Many congrats on your results Neil. The Scopex Creams and Tutti Frutti’s are two of my favourites (especially when it’s cold!).

Condensed Milk
Jason Strutt banked this fine 28 pounder during a winter session and here’s what Jason had to say:
Nice 28lb mirror fell to a 13mm pink Condensed Milk PJPU. Which was presented on a stiff hinged rig over hemp and mags on my syndicate....again PJPU’s done the bizzo cheers Kev

Nice result Jason. That’s a lovely sight on a Winters day!

Condensed Milk (again)
Matthew Robinson very kindly sent me in an absolute stack of pictures (to many to display here) from his exploits on his local river and lakes and I have included a small selection for your viewing. Here’s what Matthew had to say:
Hi Kevin
I just thought I'd send you some of the results I've had on your Condensed Milk, Pink and White pop ups. I had an absolutely fantastic season on my local river and lakes.
A couple of the fish are from a hard estate lake in the Cheshire area and are of true Leney strain.
Thanks for the hook baits and time.
Matthew Robinson

Congratulations on your results Matthew and thanks very much for your pictures and feedback which is much appreciated!

Tutti Frutti
Chris Taylor put the Proper Jobs to good use in the shape of the following Northern specimens. Here’s what Chris had to say:
Thanks Kevin
Your pop ups still doing the business on my syndicate water 1st trip out and had this 19.12 on a Tutti pop up.
And a few weeks later the below email come through
Evening Kevin
I’ve also had a Few more fish on proper jobs since I sent the last email. I had a 31.08lbs common (photos were poor due to it being a night time capture and I'm not good leaving them in the sling for any more time than is necessary). I also had a 21lb common and a 27.08lb mirror photo attached.
Regards Chris
PS: Also had another one on your pop ups, old girl 27.08lb mirror

Once again, thanks very much for your pictures and feedback. I love that Real Tree hat against those pine trees (Pukka Camo That!).

Savoury Crab = PB x 2
New customer Mike Billingsley was pleasantly surprised the first time he tried a Proper Job! Here’s what Mike had to say about his first experience:
Hi Kevin
I got back yesterday after a 48hrs session with a good friend trying to up my PB. I borrowed a Savoury Crab pop up and managed it twice!!
Best Regards
Mike Billingsley

Many congratulations on your consecutive PBs (a very special moment) and thanks for sending in your pictures and feedback. It's much appreciated!

Happy Customer

Russell Tinklin very kindly sent in the following pictures for us all to view and to quote Russell comments on the Proper Jobs. This is what he said:

“BEST POP UPS I HAVE EVER USED”

Congrats on your results Russell.
Your comment is short and to the point! Fingers crossed the pops will continue to serve you well

Proper Loving the Proper Jobs!! (Coconut Specials)
James Chisnall has been putting the Proper Jobs to work and reaping the rewards big-time, with some stunning fish to show for his efforts! Here’s what James had to say about the PJs:
Morning Kevin
Just an update really. I’ve been on a roll with the Coconut pops in the last week. I have had 4 thirties and a 40. (31-4, 32-2, 36-14, 38-4 and 40-12).
Proper loving the proper jobs!!!! I will be ordering more Monday
All the best, thanks again
Jim Chisnall

And a few days later the following email arrived along with a picture of a cracking 27 pounder which also took a liking to a Coconut Specials:
Afternoon mate
The coconut specials are my favourites, so much confidence in your stuff, I have now put probably another twenty people onto you, as they are seeing my results and I rave about your pop ups!!! The lake I'm fishing has some peaches in it, so I'll keep sending the photos as I catch them mate!!
Jim

Brilliant result Jim and thanks for the feedback/pictures and recommendations to others.

Bumper Sessions (Savoury Coconut Specials)
Richard Austin had a bumper and very memorable couple of sessions back in May 2016. Here’s what Richard had to say about the events that took place:
Hi Kevin
Fish caught on Savoury Coconut pop ups this month (May 2016) 37-03, 36-06, 34-05, 39-12 and 33-15. The 37-03, 34-05, 39-12 and 33-15 were caught during the same 6 day session (I also caught 6 other 20s to 27.10 during the same 6 day session). The 36-06 and 21 (and a double) came on a previous 2 night.session. All fish came from a difficult Nene Valley syndicate (Little Irchester).
Tight Lines
Ricka

Brilliant result and a couple of sessions to remember for a very long time.

Long Time Customer
Long time Proper Job user Alan Pritchard very kindly sent through the following picture. Here’s what Alan had to say:
Hi Kevin
Here's a recent capture of a unknown 30lb 2oz Midlands common, caught on your pop ups. Once again brilliant baits!

Once again, thanks very much for the picture and feedback which is much appreciated!

D.I.Y = Confidence & Something Unique!!
Jordan Derricott took advantage of the Un-Flavoured Proper Jobs and boosted them with his own attractor package. He then wasted no time in putting them to good use. Here’s what Jordan had to say:
Hi Kevin
Your service is awesome and your pop ups are even better! Please find attached; 3 x Cheshire 30s in 3 nights which were all caught on your unflavoured pop ups with my flavour combination.
Massive thanks
Jordan

Many congratulations Jordan. It’s good to see a customer putting his own stamp on the Proper Jobs to produce something unique!

Small Pop Up = Big Carp!
Mike Eves very kindly sent through the following details of a recent capture. Here’s what Mike had to say:
Hi Kevin
Sending you a snap of a recent 42lb mirror from my club water in Kent.....all thanks to a solo 11mm BP Plus.
Very impressed with your pop-ups and I will recommend them whenever I can.
Mike Eves

Many congratulations on banking the huge chunky mirror. It just goes to show that by using a small (11mm) pop up doesn’t always mean you catch small fish.

We're really sorry...

We don't currently have that one in stock

Please add your email and we'll notify you when it's back

Old Warrior

Will Mellors sent in this picture of a recent capture of an old warrior. Here’s what Will had to say about his capture and the pop ups:

The Common is from “Nutsey” lake in Hampshire. I've had quite a few fish from there and there all old dark fish, there's a couple more I want to catch then I'm off to Yateley. There's not a carp that swims that can resist your bait, it's definitely a bit special.

Many congrats on your results Will and fingers crossed your success continues

Will Mellors

Best of the Bunch

Luke Philpotts & Shaun Willets have been doing very nicely on the Proper Jobs. Here’s what Luke had to say:

Here’s a few photos of myself and a couple of Shaun Willets. All fish were caught with either the white, 11mm Scopex Cream or the 11mm Squid and Octoplus also in white. We have many more photos but you would have shed loads, so these are the best of the bunch.
Luke.

Congrats on a fine group of specimens guys. Thanks for sharing!

Luke Philpotts & Shaun Willets

New Personal Best

Sam put the Fishy Peach to good use on the Suffolk Water Park. Here’s what Sam had to say about that very special occasion:

Dear Proper Job Pop Ups
I wanted to write to say how impressed with your fishy peach pop ups. I've used your coconut specials before accounting for some lovely fish but moved on to FP for the summer (I have a pot of 13mm whites).
Fishing on Suffolk Water Park a few weeks ago I started the day with a mid-double fully scaled off the surface on a trimmed down one. I then settled in a swim for the night fishing them on multi rigs over a bed of Sticky Krill, (Actually Krill and Hemp). At 2am I hooked in to one of the lakes most sought after fish known as the Armour Plated. It went 34.14 (my first thirty) and it hadn’t been out for over a year. I also lost one that kited on a tight line about an hour later!

I’ve attached photos! If you ever think about making them in other colours or wafter’s. I’ll be sure to buy a pot or two! But I think a pot of 15mm is next on my list.
Regards
Sam

Many congratulations on your results/new personal best and first thirty. Happy Daze!

Sam

Scottish Border Result

Chris Taylor has been catching some of those very special carp from up North again. Here’s what Chris had to say about recent events:

Afternoon Kevin
Hope you're well and busy.
Had another result on my syndicate water last week using your Tutti's. I had my 2nd 30lb common of the year (fish of this quality are rare on the Scottish border).
I've got loads of photos from France (from our trip in June) which was the last time I got out fishing (work has been getting the way!). I'll send you a couple of the French fish photos when I've sorted them.
Regards
Chris

Like you say Chris -  A 30 common is something very special for your neck of the woods.

Chris Taylor

After 3 Years of Trying……

After 3 years of trying to catch a very special prize, Allan Beasley was eventually rewarded for all his efforts. Here’s what All had to say:

Hi Kevin,
Just a quick email to say “Thank You”.
After 3 years trying to catch this on different methods. I tried just a single Proper Job pop up and “Hey Presto” -  49lb 10oz common, which broke my  PB by over 8 pounds! I don’t know if the pop up made the difference or not, but thought you might like to know.
The fish was caught on the A lake at Norfolk’s Nunnery Syndicate. I think it is probably the biggest fish in Norfolk at this present time. (Not the County Record)
Cheers Allan

Top Result Allan. After 3 years of trying, I can imagine your feelings when this one lay in the bottom of your net (memories that will stay with you for the rest of your life). Happy days!!!

Allan Beasley

Chunky Common

Dave Yarham very kindly sent in this picture of a nice chunky common which recently graced his net. Here’s what Dave had to say:

Hi Kev
It's Dave Yarham from Norfolk. I’ve been using your Pop Ups for Years Now and I don't Normally send Pics to many People but my M8 Jason Shaw (who is a long time user off your Pop ups) thought you might like this Pic of a Common I had the other Day one of your Proper Jobs.
And I’ve just order two more pots for winter :-).

Congrats on your result Dave and thanks for the Picture. Fingers crossed the rest of your winter fishing goes well.

Dave Yarham

Black as Your “Hat”

Mike Billingsley sent in this picture of a stunning mirror which is nearly as black as Mike’s hat. Here’s what Mike had to say:

Evening Kevin,
Hope all is well.
Managed my second one from my tricky syndicate early this morning and she was a stunner. It fell to an ever faithful Savoury Crab pop up.
Photo attached.
Thanks
Mike

Absolute Stunner Mike!!! Very nice result.

Mike Billingsley

Winter Results

Dave Collins has been catching well on days only this winter using the “Pineapple” Proper Jobs. Here’s what Dave had to say about recent events:

Hi Kevin
I've done three day sessions on my syndicate over the last few weeks and had 11 carp. Nothing very big but at this time of year it's just nice to hear your buzzers going!!!!
This week I did two day sessions along with three other anglers on both days. I
had two on both days and one guy had one and that one came on a pop up I'd given
him!!!! Your bait's are certainly doing the business.
Kind Regards
Dave

Like you say - "It's just nice to hear your buzzers going at this time of year!!!!".

Dave Collins

New French PB

Naz Hassan had a very memorable trip to France earlier this year. Here’s what Naz had to say about his trip:

Hi Kevin,
Thought I'd share photos of some carp I caught last year while fishing a 25 acre French gravel pit using one of your splendid 11mm white condensed milk PJPU attached to an 18mm boilie as a snowman. Fishing well over hundred yards in a Silk pocket using a semi stiff rig attached to an Heli system, rewarded me with this fish of a lifetime...

The first photo is a PB 66lb 8oz mirror and the Second 34lb 2oz mirror.

Many congratulations on your result/s and thanks very much for the pictures and feedback which is much appreciated!!
