United Kingdom Shipping Rates & Methods

Proper Job Pop Ups offer two different shipping methods and during the checkout process, customers will be offered the choice of either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 services.

Note: Excluding Public Holidays, Proper Job Pop Ups customers’ orders received between Monday & Wednesday (inclusive) will be posted the following Thursday and orders received between Thursday & Sunday (inclusive) will be posted the following Monday.

All orders regardless of the number of tubs ordered carry a one off flat rate shipping charge of either £6.00p for the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or £5.10p for the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. In other words, whether you were to order one tub or ten tubs or more and you chose the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service, you will be charged a one off flat rate shipping charge of £6.00p to cover Postage & Packing.

Note: Tracking information for orders will not automatically be sent to customers. However, this information will be available upon request.

All orders are shipped in an appropriate sized padded envelope, but they will not fit through standard sized letter boxes and if no one is present to receive the package it may be returned to your local sorting office for collection/delivery to be arranged at a later date.

Some customers ask if I can write their personal delivery instructions on their package/s (for example: “Please leave in porch if no one home” or “Please leave in box behind gate if no one home”). Unfortunately, I can no-longer write personal delivery instructions on package/s, as the Royal Mails delivery policy does not allow this to happen!!

During the checkout process you will have the option to choose an alternative delivery address, so your place of work maybe a better option to choose rather than your home address if no one is home when your mail is delivered.

International Shipping

Since the advent of Brexit on the 01 January 2021 - New rules relating to the Exporting and Importing of Goods from the United Kingdom to European Countries have been implemented!

The New rules mean that various Levy's and Handling charges are being added to Goods Imported into the European Union and my Customers would be expected to pay the Additional Levy's and Handling charges upon delivery!

Unfortunately, due to the disproportionately High cost of the Additional Levy's/Handling charges being imposed on my European Customers, I have decided (with great regret) to with-draw the availability of Proper Job Pop Ups products from the European Market with immediate effect.
